3. Booking Appointments
When using our online booking system:
Please provide accurate contact and health information
You’ll receive confirmation by email (or text, if enabled)
Appointment reminders may be sent via email or text
Let us know if your contact details change
4. ACC Claims
We accept ACC claims.
5. Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you can’t make it:
We currently allow up to 2 hours prior for cancellations and rescheduling.
Repeated missed appointments may affect future bookings
In emergency situations, just get in touch — we understand things happen
6. Payment and Packages
We offer private and ACC-funded treatments. If you have questions about payment options, our admin team is happy to help. Any care packages or prepaid sessions must be used according to their terms.
7. Privacy
We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Your personal and health information is treated confidentially and will only be shared with your consent or if required by law.
8. Health and Safety
Before and during treatment:
Please share relevant health information, including any current medical conditions
Inform us if anything changes between appointments
If you have a medical emergency, call 111 — physiotherapy is not a replacement for urgent care
9. Insurance Support
If you’re with a private health insurer (e.g. Southern Cross), we can help with claims. Please check your policy for eligibility.
